How do I upgrade my pass?

To upgrade your pass, you pay only the difference between the value of your current pass and your new pass:

  1. Log in to your registration account
  2. Click “Upgrade Pass” and choose your pass type
  3. Continue through the registration process
  4. Select your payment method and submit your registration
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?

Individuals under 18 years of age (including infants) are not permitted entry to the Event venues during build-up, dismantling or on event days. Any exceptions to this policy are in the sole discretion of the GSMA and permission must be provided by the GSMA, in writing, prior to start of the Event.  Requests for exceptions cannot be made onsite.

Why am I not receiving registration or password reset emails?

To ensure delivery of important registration information, be sure to add [email protected] to your email contact list. Check your spam/junk folders, and ensure your organization allows emails from [email protected].

My registration code or discount code does not work. What do I do?

If you received a registration code by email invitation and it does not work, check the code expiration date in the invitation. If the code has expired, please contact the inviting company to issue you a new registration code.

Also, be sure to use the email address where the invitation was sent. Registration codes sent by email invitation are email validated and cannot be used to register at a different email address.

If you received a discount code and it does not work, please contact the person or company who issued the code and request a new discount code.

How do I pick up my badge?

For badge pickup, you must bring a printed copy or an electronic copy of the Final Confirmation email along with a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).

Picking up badges on behalf of a colleague is not permitted.

How do I purchase a Topic Tour?

Topic Tours are available for purchase during registration or by logging back in to your account. Click here to log in to your existing registration account or create a new one. You must complete registration to purchase a tour.

How do I apply for Press/Industry Analyst Accreditation?

To apply as Press/Analyst go to the Press/Industry Analyst registration page and submit accreditation requirements. You should expect a decision within 5 – 10 days from submission of your completed application. Please note this could take longer at peak times.

Where do I find my CTIA or GSMA Member code?

CTIA and GSMA Members benefit from a 30% discount on passes to MWC Los Angeles 2019.

How do I log in to my Exhibitor/Partner/Sponsor E&P account?

To access the GSMA Exhibitor & Partner Registration System (E&P), log in to your registration account here. Click the E&P account you wish to access on the right side of the screen. If you do not see the account you wish to access, contact the Registration Team at [email protected].

Do I need to register for MWC Los Angeles 2019 if I have an E&P account?

All MWC Los Angeles attendees must complete registration to collect a badge. E&P Registration Coordinators are not automatically registered when the E&P account is created.

If you are an E&P Registration Coordinator be sure to log in to your registration account here, click your attendee account on the left side of the screen, and enter your details to complete registration.

How do I submit my information to attend Partner Programs, Experiences, and Networking Events?

Depending on the process, you can apply or sign up to attend Partner Programs, Experiences, and Networking Events in your registration account. Click here to log in to your existing registration account or create a new one. You can apply for Partner Programs during the registration process or by logging back in to your account at any time. Once you have completed registration you can submit your information for Experiences and Networking Events.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment for Silver, Gold or VIP passes is accepted in US Dollars (USD) only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express as well as bank/wire transfers.

To pay by bank/wire transfer select the wire transfer payment method during check out. Please allow enough time for your bank/wire transfer payment to be completed, as processing can take up to ten working days. If the transfer has not cleared prior to your arrival onsite, you must provide an alternate form of payment to complete registration.

Badges will not be provided without full payment of registration fees.

Please note: Approximately 10 days prior to the event, the option to pay by bank/wire transfer will be removed in order to allow time for payments to be processed.

What is the cancellation and substitution policies?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as ‘no shows’, will be liable for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given.

Cancellation of air travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant, regardless of reason or cause.

Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address can be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee. To arrange a substitution, email full details to [email protected] and include “Pass Substitution for MWC Los Angeles 2019” in the subject line. The new attendee will receive a Final Confirmation email once the substitution process is complete.

Substitutions are not allowed once a badge has been issued onsite. For additional information please review the event Terms & Conditions.

How do I get a Visa Invitation Letter?

The U.S. government recommends you reach out to your local United States Embassy or Consulate-General first for travel information. In addition, they provide information on U.S. visa requirements

GSMA’s registration partner can provide you with a visa invitation letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should it be required. After registering for MWC Los Angeles, you can log in at any time to request a visa invitation letter through your registration account. Please note your registration must be complete and full payment must be received before your visa invitation letter will be issued.

Neither the GSMA nor our registration partner take responsibility for the issuance of visas. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure they allow sufficient time for processing the invitation letter or visa prior to travel to the event.

If you do not require a visa, please do not apply for visa support. We will not issue a visa invitation letter to attendees from countries that do not require one.

Note: We are unable to provide assistance with visa applications beyond supplying the invitation letter. Only fully paid and/or complimentary registrations will be granted visa invitation letters. For additional information please review the event Terms & Conditions

Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

To print your registration invoice or receipt log in to your registration account, go to the Home page, and select “Download your invoice/receipt”.

How do I make changes to my registration?

Log in to your registration account and click “My Details” to edit your personal information. Please note, your Primary Email Address and Last Name cannot be changed. Contact the Registration Team at [email protected] if you need additional assistance.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password at the “Forgot Your Password” page. Enter the email address you used to register and click “Submit” to receive an email link to reset your password. Please note this link is only valid for 24 hours.

I received a registration codes or discount codes. How do I use it?

If you have received a registration or discount code, please follow the instructions in the email to complete registration.

If you did not receive instructions to register, go to the MWC Los Angeles 2019 registration page and click “Apply Code” at the bottom left side of the page. Enter the code and follow the instructions to complete registration.

If you do not have a code, just skip over the code entry area when registering, then select and pay for your chosen pass type.

I am speaking at MWC Los Angeles. How do I register?

The Speaker Management Team will contact Conference and Keynote speakers with instructions on how to register. You can contact the team directly at [email protected].

If you are speaking at an event or program other than the official conference program, please contact the organizer for that event for instructions on how to register.
