Any exceptions to this policy are in the sole discretion of the GSMA and permission must be provided by the GSMA, in writing, prior to start of the Event. Requests for exceptions cannot be made onsite.

Payment for Exhibition Visitor and Gold passes is accepted in US Dollars (USD) only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Go to the MWC Los Angeles 2021 registration page, scroll down and click “Apply Code”. Enter the code and follow the instructions to complete registration.
If you do not have a code, just skip over the code entry area when registering, then select and pay for your chosen pass type.
If you received a registration code by email and it does not work. Please contact the inviting company to check if the code has expired or to issue you a new registration code.
If you received a discount code and it does not work, please contact the person or company who issued the code and request a new discount code.
You can reset your password on the registration sign in page. Enter the email address you used to register and click “Submit” to receive an email link to reset your password. Please note this link is only valid for 24 hours.

There is no Exhibitor & Partner Registration System (E&P) for MWC Los Angeles 2021. Registration codes will be shared with all Exhibitor, Partners and Sponsors. Each Exhibitor, Partner and Sponsor will need to distribute registration codes directly to their invited guests and staff.
Detailed information on your available passes and codes will be available through your online event manual.
Partner Programme coordinators will be contacted by the GSMA Partnership team directly with details of your codes.
To upgrade your pass, you pay only the difference between the value of your current pass and your new pass:

If you are speaking at an event or program other than the official conference program, please contact the organizer for that event for instructions on how to register.
You should expect a decision within 5 – 10 days from submission of your completed application. Please note this could take longer at peak times.
The Press Team is reviewing your accreditation request and they will respond to you shortly to advise if you have been approved. Please be aware that this process can take up to a week to complete.
Yes official government-issued photo ID (such as driving license or passport) is required in order to collect your badge and also each time you enter the venue.
Only certain pass types can access during these times. Exhibitor/Partner Staff and Exhibitor Contractors can access the venue during the build-up period on the day before the event opens using their event badge. Access on all other days requires a wristband and you can apply for the wristband via your online event manual.
You can apply for Partner Programmes by logging back into your account at any time and click on the Apply for Programmes button and select from the available programmes
You will be required to present your event badge at the door in order to access at the Program.
The U.S. government recommends you reach out to your local United States Embassy or Consulate-General first for travel information. In addition, they provide information on U.S. visa requirements.
GSMA’s registration partner can provide you with a visa support letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should it be required. Please note your registration must be complete and full payment must be received before your visa support letter will be issued. Please contact [email protected] if you need a visa support letter.
Neither the GSMA nor our registration partner take responsibility for the issuance of visas. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure they allow sufficient time for processing the invitation letter or visa prior to travel to the event.
If you do not require a visa, please do not apply for visa support. We will not issue a visa support letter to attendees from countries that do not require one.
Note: We are unable to provide assistance with visa applications beyond supplying the invitation letter. Only fully paid and/or complimentary registrations will be granted visa invitation letters. To print your registration invoice or receipt log in to your registration account, go to the Home page, and select “Download your invoice/receipt”.
Please email [email protected] specifying precisely what details you would like to change and how you would like them to appear on the invoice. Once received, we will proceed with the modification as soon as possible.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as 'no shows', will be liable for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given.
Cancellation of air travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant, regardless of reason or cause.
Substitutions between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address can be made by providing the GSMA with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee. To arrange a substitution, email full details to [email protected] and include “Pass Substitution for MWC Los Angeles 2021” in the subject line. The new attendee will receive a Final Confirmation email once the substitution process is complete.
Substitutions are not allowed once a badge has been issued onsite. For additional information please review the event Terms & Conditions
For badge collection, you must bring a printed copy or an electronic copy of your Final Confirmation email along with a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). Picking up badges on behalf of a colleague is not permitted.
