James Ellison is a product leader focused on the customer care experience. As Sr. Manager for the AI practice at T-Mobile USA, James is leading the application and deployment of AI and machine learning to simplify and enhance the contact center experience, with an emphasis on humanizing care. Prior to T-Mobile, he landed digital marketing campaigns for Microsoft, MasterCard and Electronic Arts at a Seattle creative agency. Apart from tech, James is an early childhood ed advocate, serving as a non-profit board member developing an outdoor school and nature-based programming on Seattle’s Eastside. James is a University of Washington alum and mentor for UW’s Global Innovation Exchange program.
