Jen Barrett is the Head of Entertainment for Facebook’s Creative Shop working with clients and their creative teams across film, TV, streaming, publishing, sports and music to build meaningful connections with their audiences around their IP and across Facebook platforms. She is also the founder of the Facebook SEEN: Representation in Entertainment initiative (Instagram @seen). Prior to her nearly 7 years at Facebook, Jen held roles as the Global Director of Design for CNN as well as the Global Creative Director for NBC’s The Weather Channel. She has served on the executive board for the AIGA The Professional Association for Design, the American Advertising Federation, on the advisory board for International Academy of Design & Technology, as a coach for ADCOLOR’s Futures program, as well as a featured speaker at PromaxBDA, The Blackhouse Foundation at Sundance, Valleywood, and OTT TV World Summit.
