Tim is a builder in every sense of the word. Growing up in Chicago, he showed exceptional talent in carpentry and a keen eye for design and craftsmanship. This has seamlessly translated to the business world where he has led global teams, developed new products and brands, and opened new markets for some of today’s most popular brands.
As one of the first employees at Seek Thermal, Tim leads all of the commercial activities. He oversees all aspects of corporate strategy, marketing, product, and sales for the company’s consumer and OEM businesses that command a dominant position in the global market. Early on in his career, Tim worked for Bosch, where he led global teams in the development and launch of several product lines that utilized advanced methods in research, development, industrial design, innovation, packaging, and manufacturing. From Bosch, Tim joined Stanley Black & Decker, applying his unique breakthrough approach to product development and commercialization, while leading several P&L’s to significantly grow segments across the globe. Tim went on to join Harman International where he successfully restructured the strategy of the organization and led teams that integrated amazing audio performance into the lives of audio enthusiasts.
Tim’s experience with building successful businesses has also been leveraged by several companies in the start-up phase looking to disrupt their respective industry, including Beats by Dr. Dre, now one of the most iconic brands in recent history. Tim graduated from Eastern Illinois University and holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
